By purchasing products and services from 4G Wireless Inc. you expressly agree: To authorize 4G Wireless to charge your credit card an Early Termination Fee of two hundred dollars ($200.00) plus collection fees (if applicable) per line per product/handset if you cancel your service within one hundred eighty one (181) days of the date of your purchase. No refunds on accessories. Accessories may be exchanged within fifteen (15) days of the date of purchase with original packaging and receipt. You may receive a refund or exchange a handset within thirty (30) days of purchase if:
- The barcode is not removed;
- The handset has less than five hundred (500) minutes of talk time;
- It is like-new and in resalable condition; and
- You have your receipt and original packaging of the handset, travel charger (if included), manuals, software, cords, and any other item listed on the "This Package Includes" section of the original packing box. There will be a fifty dollars ($50.00) charge for each missing component.
Refund checks will be mailed out within six (6) to eight (8) weeks of the date of the return.
PLEASE WAIT THIRTY (30) DAYS BEFORE REMOVING BARCODES. There will be no refunds or exchanges for prepaid starter kits that have been opened. There will be a thirty five dollars ($35.00) re-stocking fee for any returns plus an additional one hundred dollars ($100.00) for laptop devices.
